Nokia adds 6 Gemini AI agents to Assurance Center
TL;DR
- Nokia and Google Cloud said they will integrate six agents built with Gemini AI models into the Nokia Assurance Center.
- The companies said the agents are designed to help operators process network data and resolve issues faster.
- The six agents cover alert analysis, performance interpretation, anomaly investigation, remedy recommendations, visual analytics, and orchestration between agents.
Nokia and Google Cloud said they will integrate six agents built with Gemini AI models into the Nokia Assurance Center. Mobile World Live reported the plan on 22 June 2026, citing a joint statement from the two companies.
Nokia and Google Cloud said the agents are intended to address the growing volume and complexity of network data, which they said creates bottlenecks for manual troubleshooting and alert handling. The companies said the agents can either handle specific operational tasks individually or work together on more complex problems in network assurance.
Nokia and Google Cloud said the six agents will analyse alerts, interpret performance metrics, investigate unusual behaviour, recommend remedies, create visual analytics, and manage communication between the other agents while interpreting user intent. Google Cloud said the system uses Gemini AI models, and Nokia said the integration is part of its Assurance Center platform for telecom network operations.
