Anthropic launches Claude Tag beta for Slack users

Anthropic announced Claude Tag for Slack in a blog post, adding a way for Slack users to tag @Claude and delegate tasks to the AI.
Anthropic said Claude Tag works after Claude is invited into Slack as a team member. Teams can choose which Slack channels Claude can access, and Anthropic said Claude can retain relevant information from those channels to build context for responses.
Anthropic also said Claude can use information across multiple Slack channels when a team gives it access to more than one channel. The company said Claude Tag is available in beta for Claude Enterprise and Team customers.
