Anthropic adds screen-recorded skill training to Claude Cowork

Anthropic introduced a new Claude Cowork feature called “Teach Claude a skill” that lets users record their screen and narrate a task so Claude can learn and reuse that workflow later.
Anthropic said the feature is intended to reduce repeated prompting for recurring tasks. The company said example use cases include reports, spreadsheets, and file organization. According to the description, Claude watches the recorded process, learns it, and saves it as a reusable skill.
Anthropic is rolling out “Teach Claude a skill” now through the Claude desktop app’s Cowork interface. The company said the feature is available to Claude Pro, Max, and Team subscribers.
