Telenor names Hanne Sannes-Moe TSS CEO from 1 August
Telenor Group appointed Hanne Sannes-Moe as CEO of Telenor Shared Services on 1 August, replacing Morten Dean-Dunham.
- Telenor hired Hanne Sannes-Moe from Nordea to lead Telenor Shared Services.
- She will take up the role on 1 August.
- Telenor Shared Services has more than 500 staff, mainly in the Nordics, Pakistan and Portugal.
- Morten Dean-Dunham will become group chief procurement officer and CEO of Telenor Procurement Company.
Hanne Sannes-Moe will leave her role leading about 700 people in Nordea's Daily Banking Services operation to become head of Telenor Shared Services (TSS). Telenor said TSS comprises more than 500 staff located globally.
Telenor Shared Services staff are mainly based in the Nordics, Pakistan and Portugal. The unit provides Telenor teams with unified and business-critical systems, services and support.
Telenor said Sannes-Moe's experience at Nordea since 2018 was a factor in the appointment. The company cited her background in regulatory compliance, pensions, and sales and distribution. Sigvart Voss Eriksen, Telenor EVP and head of its Nordics unit, said the company selected her after an extensive process and pointed to her experience managing cross-border shared services operations and using technology for automation and efficiency.
