In reliability and consistency, T-Mobile scored 942 points for reliability experience, ahead of AT&T at 939 and Verizon at 932, and led consistent quality at 82.8%, ahead of Verizon at 80.4% and AT&T at 79.4%.

Verizon won the overall coverage experience award with 9.7 points out of 10, narrowly ahead of AT&T, while T-Mobile won 5G coverage with 8.5 points. AT&T led time on network at 99.6%, while T-Mobile led 5G Availability at 91.8%. In video and gaming, T-Mobile won video experience, live video experience, games experience, and 5G games experience, while Verizon won 5G video experience and 5G live video experience. Opensignal also noted that Verizon deployed private 5G and fixed wireless access at World Cup venues, AT&T launched its Turbo Live service in January and offered a World Cup eSIM for visiting fans, and T-Mobile introduced new Dynamic CX capabilities and promoted its T-Priority service for first responders. The report also cited the US Federal Communications Commission’s June re-auction of mid-band spectrum previously held by Dish Network as a factor that could affect future network capacity.
