The partnership targets demand for technology sovereignty solutions across sectors including finance, defense, shared government services, and healthcare.
The companies said they will combine Singtel's sovereign RE:AI platform with Mistral AI's open-source software stack to build tailored products. Singtel said customers will be able to access AI services without funding their own infrastructure, and that RE:AI hardware will be used to provide multi-tenant GPU and AI services. Singtel added that Mistral AI's stack includes training capabilities, foundation models, scalable platforms, and agentic workflows.
The agreement shows how telecom operators are expanding from connectivity into AI infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
