Nokia says AI and cloud orders reached €2.8 billion in Q2
Nokia said on 23 July that order intake in its AI and cloud division more than doubled year-on-year to €2.8 billion in Q2.

Nokia said on 23 July that its Enterprise Campus Edge business, which includes part of its enterprise private networks offering, has been moved into discontinued operations accounting alongside the fixed wireless access CPE business it already agreed to sell to Inseego. Nokia said an agreement to sell the Enterprise Campus Edge business is “highly probable”. The planned sale forms part of the strategic change announced by CEO Justin Hotard in November 2025.
Nokia reported Q2 net sales of €4.8 billion, up 8%, and net profit of €5 million, down 95%. Nokia said €390 million in charges in the quarter funded accelerated restructuring efforts and other one-off costs. Nokia said that without those factors, its bottom line would have increased 64% year-on-year.
Nokia said it expects to spend €800 million across 2026 on restructuring. The company allocated about €250 million to the final phase of a programme started in 2023, €350 million to integration charges after taking full ownership of a joint venture in China, and €200 million to additional restructuring actions primarily in Europe. Nokia also announced a deal to acquire NXP’s Chandler Semiconductor Fabrication campus in Arizona, United States, subject to regulatory approval, for indium phosphide semiconductor production for optical components. Nokia said the purchase is not expected to close until Q1 2029 and it plans to lease some capacity at the site from early 2027. Financial terms were not disclosed.
