Holafly has launched Ultra, a monthly travel eSIM subscription that combines internet access with medical and psychological support and help managing flight and baggage incidents. The plan includes unlimited mobile data in more than 160 destinations, speeds of up to 5G, and unlimited hotspot use.

Ultra also includes a local phone number from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom for receiving SMS and two-factor authentication codes. Other connectivity features include virtual location, ad and tracker blocking, and 24-hour customer support in nine languages.

For health services, Ultra includes 24-hour telemedicine through Meeting Doctors with chat, voice calls, and video calls in Spanish and English. The plan covers general medicine and some specialties including gynecology, and also includes psychological support, nutrition advice, personal training guidance, and online veterinary consultations in Spanish.

For travel assistance, Ultra includes claims handling for delays, cancellations, and overbooking in partnership with platforms including AirHelp, plus claims management for lost, delayed, damaged, or devalued baggage. Holafly said its subscription range now has three no-commitment tiers: Light at €45.95 per month with 25GB of global data, Unlimited at €59.95 per month with unlimited data and hotspot use, and Ultra at €84.90 per month, falling to €76.63 with quarterly payment and €67.99 with annual payment.
