DJI sued Insta360 over Luna Pro and Luna Ultra patents

DJI filed two lawsuits against Insta360 in a Texas district court less than a day after Insta360 launched the Luna Ultra camera, according to Android Authority citing PetaPixel. The lawsuits target Insta360's Luna Pro and Luna Ultra pocket cameras.
DJI alleges that the Luna Pro and Luna Ultra designs infringe two of DJI's design patents for its Osmo Pocket cameras. The report states that DJI's claims focus on the physical design of Insta360's new pocket camera products.
DJI also filed a separate lawsuit alleging that Insta360 infringed four DJI patents related to camera functionality. Android Authority reported that the cases were filed in Texas district court and described them as patent infringement and violation claims.
