Vi extends 5G to all Kerala districts, adds 3,500+ 4G sites
Vodafone Idea (Vi) has rolled out 5G services across every district in Kerala, marking a statewide expansion of its next-generation network. The company says its 5G coverage now reaches major towns, business centres, educational hubs, tourism routes and densely populated residential pockets across the state.
Alongside 5G, Vi has deployed more than 3,500 new 4G sites in Kerala to strengthen existing coverage and capacity. The dual push aims to support rising data use while preparing the network for users who move to 5G-capable devices and plans.
