Telefonica boosts B2B play with Altim buy
Telefonica Spain has bought Madrid-based technology consultancy Altim, in a deal local press values at around €30 million, to deepen its business services portfolio. Altim focuses on enterprise digital transformation using SAP software and is a gold partner of SAP in Spain, with 25 years in the market and more than 160 customers.
Telefonica said the acquisition strengthens its applications and IT services business, an area where it claims solid growth in B2B revenue.
