AT&T expands guarantee to FWA small business customers
AT&T has extended its AT&T Guarantee to small businesses using its Internet Air fixed wireless access service, promising automatic bill credits when outages last 20 minutes or more. The programme also includes performance guarantees and quicker technical support, with same-day or next-day assistance.
The guarantee was previously limited to fibre, dedicated internet and wireless business customers after its launch a year ago. AT&T has been slower than T-Mobile US and Verizon to roll out fixed wireless, but is pushing Internet Air in areas still served by copper lines and in regions without fibre. The operator added 221,000 fixed wireless subscribers in Q4 2025, ending the year with about 1.5 million users.
