Xiaomi Watch 5 debuts with 1.54-inch OLED screen, eSIM support
Xiaomi has introduced the Watch 5 in China alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The smartwatch uses a stainless steel case and a 1.54-inch circular AMOLED display with 480x480 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,500 nits of brightness. Both the front and back use synthetic sapphire crystal, and the watch weighs 56g without the strap.
Xiaomi says a dual‑chip setup helps the Watch 5 reach up to six days of battery life. The watch also supports eSIM, letting it connect to mobile networks without a phone. Other details, such as regional availability and pricing, were not included in the initial announcement.
