This Asus gaming tablet PC is built in collaboration with Kojima Productions
Asus’ Republic of Gamers unit has built a special edition of its Flow Z13 gaming tablet in partnership with Kojima Productions. The ROG Flow Z13-KJP, first shown at CES 2026 and now up for pre-order, is a custom-designed version of Asus’ detachable gaming tablet PC.
The studio behind it, founded by game director Hideo Kojima of Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding fame, brought in longtime collaborator Yoji Shinkawa to handle the device’s visual design. Shinkawa, known for his distinctive artwork across Kojima’s games, created the tablet’s custom look, tying the hardware to Kojima Productions’ style while keeping the underlying Asus gaming hardware intact.
