Tata Communications' new AI suite may add upto $1 mn to topline: CEO
Tata Communications has launched three digital infrastructure platforms built around what it calls an “AI-first” approach. Chief executive Amur S Lakshminarayanan told the Economic Times the new AI suite could add up to $1 million to the company’s revenue.
The tools are aimed at enterprise customers and sit on top of Tata Communications’ existing network and cloud services. The company is pitching them as a way for clients to automate more of their operations and manage data across different environments, while giving Tata Communications a modest new income stream rather than a dramatic shift in its business.
