OpenAI launches ChatGPT Health with Apple Health and MyFitnessPal integration

OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Health, a dedicated health section inside ChatGPT that connects to popular fitness and wellness services. Users can link data from Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Function, Weight Watchers, AllTrails, Instacart, and Peloton, then ask ChatGPT questions about their health, activity, and habits in one place.

The company says it developed ChatGPT Health with input from physicians to help people better understand and manage their health and wellness. OpenAI also points out that hundreds of millions of people already ask ChatGPT about health topics, and this new feature is meant to organize that behavior around connected data from existing apps and services.
