More iPhone Fold details leak: screen sizes, authentication, cameras
Apple is expected to enter the foldable phone market next year with a device often referred to as the iPhone Fold, though its final name remains unknown. A new leak from Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo says Apple is opting for a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, following the typical layout of book-style foldables. The leak also claims the device will not include Face ID or an under-display fingerprint reader.
The iPhone Fold is said to feature a main folding screen and a separate outer display, though exact dimensions and camera details were not fully disclosed in the latest report. As with all early leaks, these details could change before launch, and Apple has not confirmed any specifications or even the existence of the device.
