GSMA folds #ChangeTheFace diversity alliance into its global programme
The GSMA, the global body for the mobile connectivity industry, will integrate the #ChangeTheFace Alliance into its portfolio of worldwide programmes. Announced in London on 29 January 2026, the move formalises cooperation between the GSMA and the alliance, which has worked as a sector-wide catalyst on diversity and inclusion since it launched.
By bringing #ChangeTheFace under its global umbrella, the GSMA aims to coordinate and scale existing efforts across the mobile ecosystem, using the alliance’s work to shape broader industry actions on representation, access and workplace inclusion.
