Boingo to run cellular and Wi‑Fi networks at Citi Field
Boingo Wireless will design, build and operate the cellular and Wi‑Fi infrastructure for the New York Mets and Citi Field. The company is deploying a neutral host network that supports both cellular and Wi‑Fi service, including 5G for all Tier One mobile carriers.
The converged setup is meant to handle heavy game-day traffic and provide coverage for fans, team operations and venue services throughout the ballpark.
