What is an eIM in eSIM IoT?

eIM (eSIM IoT Remote Manager) is a component introduced in SGP.31/32 that enables remote profile state management for IoT device fleets. It works with the IPA (IoT Profile Assistant) to manage eSIM profiles without requiring user interaction.
