Is SGP.32 backward compatible with SGP.02 (M2M)?

No. SGP.32 is not backward compatible with SGP.02. However, SGP.32 reuses the SM-DP+ infrastructure from SGP.22, simplifying adoption for operators already supporting consumer eSIM.
