Vodafone IoT brings connected car services to the Middle East
Vodafone IoT is partnering with Hyundai Motor Group to power connected car services for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis drivers in the Middle East. Working through regional operators such as e& UAE and other local network partners, Vodafone is providing SIM-based in-car connectivity that complies with national rules while aiming for reliable coverage and network resilience.
Using Vodafone IoT’s managed connectivity platform, Hyundai can oversee its global connected car operations from a single system. Drivers in the region gain access to features like remote vehicle control and real-time status monitoring, with plans to roll the service out to more countries across the Middle East and Africa.
