VMN media acquires Telecompaper
VMN media has agreed to acquire Telecompaper, adding the telecom, media and technology (TMT) specialist to its publishing portfolio. Telecompaper is known as an independent provider of news, research and analysis for the telecom and media markets.
The acquisition folds Telecompaper’s sector coverage into VMN media’s stable of titles. Both parties present the deal as a way to strengthen their position in the TMT information market, combining VMN media’s reach with Telecompaper’s niche expertise.
