Ultrahuman Ring Air now detects snoring and tracks respiratory health
The Ultrahuman Ring Air smart ring now monitors snoring and broader respiratory health during sleep. The update relies on the company’s Health PowerPlug system, which combines audio analysis, biomarker tracking, and AI to assess how stable your breathing is at night.
Users get summaries of snoring sessions and longer-term trends in respiratory patterns as part of a combined sleep report. The goal is to show how breathing issues may change over time, rather than just flagging single bad nights.
