Telefónica Global Solutions: Redefining connectivity with NaaS and AI innovation
At Capacity Europe 2025, Telefónica Global Solutions executive Giovanni Rizzi spoke with Capacity’s Nadine Hawkins about how the company is changing its approach to global connectivity. The discussion focused on using Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) and artificial intelligence to reshape how networks are built, managed and delivered to customers worldwide.
Rizzi outlined how Telefónica Global Solutions is looking to make connectivity more flexible and responsive by layering software and automation on top of its infrastructure. The aim is to give partners and customers more control over their network services while using AI to improve performance, reliability and operational efficiency across its global footprint.
