SIMO expands its carrier enablement strategy at MWC
Mobile connectivity firm SIMO is widening its carrier enablement strategy to support enterprise fixed wireless access (FWA) across multiple networks, aimed at both primary connectivity and backup links. The approach focuses on building more resilient FWA deployments by allowing enterprises to tap several carrier networks instead of relying on a single provider.
By pushing this multi-network model, SIMO is positioning its platform as a way for businesses to keep critical services online during outages or performance dips on any one network. The expanded strategy was announced around Mobile World Congress (MWC), underscoring how FWA is being framed as a practical alternative or complement to wired connections in enterprise settings.
