Orange Tunisie has begun offering satellite broadband in Tunisia using capacity from Eutelsat, under an earlier agreement between the two companies. The service promises connection speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
The launch targets areas that are hard to reach with fixed or mobile networks, aiming to extend internet access beyond existing terrestrial coverage. Orange is positioning the satellite offer as an additional option for customers where conventional broadband is limited or unavailable.
