Mobily joins the Global Leaders Forum board
Saudi operator Mobily has taken a seat on the board of the Global Leaders Forum (GLF), the telecoms industry group focused on international connectivity. The organisation says Mobily’s appointment reflects its growing role in cross-border networks and its work on shared priorities such as interoperability, fraud prevention and sustainability.
Mobily SVP Thamer A. Alfadda said the board role helps the company expand its international footprint and take part in decisions that shape the future of global connectivity, beyond simple networking. GLF chair and Sparkle CEO Enrico Bagnasco welcomed Alfadda to the board, saying his experience will support the group’s efforts to tighten collaboration and push new technology across the sector.
