Mediacom names Giuseppe Commisso as chair and CEO
Mediacom has appointed Giuseppe Commisso as its new chairman and CEO, following the death of company founder Rocco Commisso. The board approved the move after Giuseppe Commisso had been serving as vice chairman and interim CEO.
The leadership change formalizes a transition already underway, keeping control of the privately held cable operator within the Commisso family.
