Mediacom launches low-cost broadband option for seniors
Mediacom has rolled out a $29.99-per-month broadband plan for customers aged 65 and older, aiming to give seniors a cheaper way to get online. The offer includes a five-year price lock, which means the monthly rate is set to stay the same for that period.
The move targets older adults on fixed incomes who still need reliable home internet for basic tasks like email, video calls, and access to online services. Mediacom is positioning the plan as a stable, lower-cost option in a market where prices often change.
