French Thales to hire 9,000 employees globally, 450 in India in 2026
French technology and defence group Thales plans to hire 9,000 people worldwide by 2026, including 450 roles in India. The India hires will mainly support its Engineering Competence Centres in Bengaluru and Noida, across specialised hardware, software and systems positions, along with supporting functions.
Thales, which works in areas such as aerospace, defence, security and digital identity, is expanding its engineering base in India as part of its global growth. The company says the roles will focus on technical expertise and product development to serve both local and international projects.
