Fastweb completes Vodafone Italia integration with legal merger
Fastweb has completed the legal merger with Vodafone Italia, effective 1 January 2026. The move formally absorbs Vodafone Italia into Fastweb, a year after the acquisition agreement was signed.
With the legal step now closed, Fastweb can operate the former Vodafone Italia business under a single corporate structure. The company still needs to align networks, systems and services before customers see the full impact of the integration.
