Deutsche Telekom launches low-cost brand Congstar on fibre market
Deutsche Telekom is moving its budget brand Congstar into the fibre-to-the-home market. From 2 February, Congstar will start selling FTTH internet tariffs, targeting price-sensitive customers who want high-speed fixed connections.
By adding fibre to Congstar’s lineup, Telekom broadens its reach beyond premium-branded services and looks to fill out demand on its existing fibre network with lower-cost offers.
