Deutsche Telekom details AI strategy at MWC 2026
Deutsche Telekom used MWC 2026 to show how it is pushing artificial intelligence deeper into both its networks and its enterprise customer offerings under the slogan “Magenta AI at scale. Human at heart.” The company detailed AI agents now running in live mobile networks that automatically adjust capacity during heavy-traffic events, expanding on concepts it first floated in 2025 and has since deployed in Germany.
Beyond network automation, Deutsche Telekom is pitching AI as a tool for enterprises that want more control and sovereignty over their data and infrastructure. The focus is on using AI to manage complex IT and connectivity environments while keeping human oversight in place, rather than handing decisions entirely to algorithms.
