Amdocs targets operators’ roaming revenue
Amdocs has launched a new product aimed at helping mobile operators regain control of their roaming business and make more money from rising international travel. Announced at MWC26, the offering is built for service providers that have seen roaming relationships shift toward third-party travel eSIM and connectivity providers.
The new Amdocs tool is designed to support operators in managing how they engage with subscribers who travel, with a focus on owning more of the customer relationship and associated revenue. The company positions this as a way for operators to respond to the growing demand for global travel connectivity while keeping roaming spend inside their own ecosystem.
