5G protocol testing explained
When a 5G network drops, even for a minute, basic services like calls, texts and video streaming can stop for millions of people at once. The weak points that trigger those outages often sit in how network elements talk to each other, not just in the hardware.
5G protocol testing focuses on those conversations. It checks whether devices, radios, and core network functions follow the standards and handle real‑world traffic without choking. By finding and fixing these protocol issues early, operators can remove bottlenecks, support more users and services, and move their 5G infrastructure from trial-and-error toward stable, large-scale operation.
